Dental Hygienist

Our client, an independent oral care establishment located in Lekki Phase 1, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and promoting good oral hygiene. You will play an integral role in ensuring their patients receive the best care and have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and removing plaque and tartar.

· Perform teeth whitening sessions

· Conduct oral health assessments and screen for oral diseases such as gingivitis or periodontitis.

· Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, preventive care and post treatment care.

· Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

· Sterilize dental instruments and maintain hygiene protocols in the treatment area.

· Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and reducing anxiety.

Qualifications:

· Valid [State/Country] Dental Hygienist License.

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.

· CPR certification.

· Knowledge of dental software and x-ray machines.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
