Job Description

Newedge Finance Limited is a licensed finance company founded in 2019. The company is

currently seeking to hire a deposit mobilization manager.

Job Summary

The Deposit Mobilization Manager is responsible for leading marketing efforts to drive deposit

mobilization within the finance industry. This role entails developing and executing marketing

strategies, fostering client relationships, and achieving monthly deposit targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly deposit mobilization targets set

by management.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns, promotions, and collateral

materials tailored to target audiences.

• Drive deposit mobilization efforts by identifying and nurturing relationships with potential

depositors, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutional clients.

• Implement innovative approaches to attract new deposits and increase retention rates of existing

clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact for

deposit-related inquiries and services.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, trends, and

opportunities.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the finance industry and provide insights

and recommendations for enhancing deposit mobilization strategies.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on deposit mobilization activities, performance

metrics, and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deposit mobilization within the finance industry, with

a proven track record of successfully achieving deposit mobilization targets with a strong

network of contacts.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent communication,

negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with strong

analytical and problem-solving abilities.
