Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deposit Mobilization Manager at Alert Group in Lagos. The Deposit Mobilization Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase deposit accounts, managing relationships with existing and potential depositors, and collaborating with internal teams to drive deposit mobilization efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in deposit mobilization and relationship management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Relevant certifications in banking or finance are a plus
