Deputy Head of Primary Operations

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze the school's Primary operations to evaluate its performance to meet objectives, identify and recommend areas of program improvement, or policy change.
• Promote a back-to-basics learning environment while adhering to all Glowfield International School’s policies and procedures.
• Create a safe, structured environment, focused on academic excellence, creativity, community and character.
• Leadership, supervision and coaching of all employees whilst modelling positive character, virtues, and habits.
• Implement effective discipline and attendance systems that have high standards and are consistent with the mission and vision of the school.
• Collaborate and clearly communicate with parents/guardians and other educators, creating a cooperative relationship in support of the students.
• Work with the Quality Assurance team and all stakeholders to ensure that the Primary arm of the school is performing beyond expectation and teachers are well trained/mentored and monitored in the performance of their duties.
• Participate in curriculum development or oversight as required whilst actively engaging in school/staff meetings and performing other duties as assigned by management.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and deliver data with reports and presentations on the Primary arm of the school to the school’s Director.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7- 10 years of working experience.
