We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our interior design team. Responsibilities include sourcing materials, assisting with project coordination, drafting of plans and preparing design presentations. Ideal candidates should have a passion for Interior design, strong organizational & people management skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concept development, plans, mood boards, and material selection
- Source furnishings, fabrics, fixtures, and finishes
- Prepare detailed design presentations for clients
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors
- Organize and maintain project files, schedules, and design samples
- Assist with on-site measurements, supervisions, installations, and photo shoots.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including project tracking
- Support client meetings and communicate design updates
- Assist with costing and budgeting
Requirements:
- Passionate about interior design
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience
- Proficiency in any design software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and suppliers
- Detail-oriented with a creative eye
- Must be able to create a mood board
- Proficiency in Ms office
- Meticulous and neat
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
