Designer

Responsibilities:

Graphics & Videography Design:

• Create compelling graphics, animations, and videos that effectively communicate our brand message and product offerings.
• Develop visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and explainer videos.
• Maintain consistency in visual style and adhere to brand guidelines across all media.

UI/UX Design:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications across different platforms and devices.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to iterate on design concepts.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet user needs.
• Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve design solutions and enhance user experiences.

Requirements:

• HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, videography, and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including graphics, video content, and UI/UX design.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design-to-code best practices.
• Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
