Job Title: HR Solution Consultant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a dynamic provider of value-adding services to our company, a reliable HR Solution Consultant who will contribute and develop integrated marketing strategies to close up Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Good communication skills
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Prospect company’s product to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • He/She must be a computer savvy.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • He/she must be passion-driven and Goal oriented.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND
  • 2-3 years experience in HR services as a development Officer is an added advantage/ Marketing oriented sectors.

Salary

  • N100,000 / month.
  • Salary Plus Commission
