Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites for Cannon Projects’ diverse business arms.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and SEO optimization to attract and retain visitors.
- Regularly update content to showcase our services, campaigns, and brand story.
- Integrate booking systems, project portfolios, and menus where relevant.
- Develop and execute targeted ad campaigns for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Customize campaigns to resonate with specific audiences in the hospitality, construction, and dining sectors.
- Track and analyze ad performance metrics to ensure high ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
- Produce high-quality, brand-aligned digital content (e.g. blogs, videos, newsletters) to engage and inform our audience.
- Craft content that highlights Cannon Projects’ commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign success.
- Use insights to propose data-driven improvements to digital strategies.
- Provide quarterly presentations on digital performance to management.
- Uphold Cannon Projects’ branding across all digital communications, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to keep the company at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Recommend and implement new tools or platforms to enhance customer experiences online.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Web/Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in web design, social media management & digital marketing.
- Proficiency in website design platforms and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms (e.g. Instagram Ads Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Proven ability to create content tailored to specific industries (hospitality, construction, or dining preferred).
