Digital Content Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Plan, write, and manage email marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive conversions, including the creation of engaging subject lines, body content, and CTAs.
• Develop and script YouTube video content that aligns with the company’s goals and messaging, ensuring high audience engagement and video retention.
• Create SEO-optimized blog posts that attract organic traffic and support content marketing objectives, conducting keyword research and applying best SEO practices.
• Write and optimize website copy for key landing pages, ensuring it aligns with SEO strategies while conveying a clear and compelling brand message.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and tone across all content pieces.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify new content opportunities and optimize existing content for better search engine performance.
• Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other reporting platforms to refine strategies and improve content engagement and SEO rankings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, digital marketing strategies, and content creation techniques to ensure cutting-edge practices.
• Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely delivery of all content projects and campaigns.
• Perform content audits and competitor analysis to find gaps and opportunities for content improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Marketing Specialist, SEO Copywriter, or similar role with a track record of creating high-performing digital content.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
• Experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Ability to write and script engaging, conversion-focused YouTube videos and other multimedia content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail and a creative flair.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and email marketing platforms like Kajabi, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly how content marketing strategies can be integrated with social efforts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience with video editing tools or production is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or website development is advantageous.
• Certifications in SEO, content marketing, or email marketing from platforms like Google, HubSpot, etc.
