Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Course Training:
- Design and deliver engaging and impactful digital courses on growth strategies, business development, and personal effectiveness.
- Develop course content, including presentations, videos, worksheets, and other learning materials.
- Conduct live webinars, workshops, and training sessions for Growth Club members.
- Provide personalized feedback and support to participants to ensure their growth and success.
Community Management:
- Build and nurture a vibrant and inclusive community of Growth Club members.
- Foster engagement through online forums, social media groups, and interactive platforms.
- Organize and moderate discussions, Q&A sessions, and networking events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing their questions and concerns.
Event Curation:
- Plan and execute wellness and networking events, both virtual and in-person, to promote personal and professional growth.
- Collaborate with speakers, trainers, and partners to deliver high-quality events.
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, promotion, and post-event follow-ups.
Content Creation:
- Create valuable and shareable content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates, to support the Growth Club’s mission.
- Share insights, tips, and resources on growth strategies, productivity, and wellness.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of courses, events, and community engagement initiatives.
- Gather feedback from members to continuously improve the Growth Club’s offerings.
- Track key metrics, such as member participation, satisfaction, and growth.
Requirements:

- Degree in a related field
