Position Overview

As a Digital Designer at Volta Charger, you'll be responsible for preparing web-ready production files in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with the Design, Marketing, and Sales teams on a wide range of projects, including landing pages, shop pages, email campaigns, ad banners, social media assets, and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay ahead of design trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute design files into production/web-ready formats.
  • Contribute creative input for a variety of digital projects, staying mindful of web standards and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure work is on-brand and meets creative and strategic goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Volta Charger’s design system and brand guidelines.
  • Stay proactive in discovering new design tools and trends.
  • Assist with other design-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in web design, digital design, or e-commerce (online portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and knowledge of web optimization.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, and layout principles.
  • Experience with large-scale e-commerce sites and multi-platform user experiences.
  • Knowledge of motion design (After Effects, Adobe Premiere, HTML5) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent communication skills.
