We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing strategies across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a proven track record in leveraging digital tools to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital marketing campaigns tailored to the real estate industry, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Produce compelling and informative content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and digital advertisements, emphasizing property features, market trends, and real estate insights.
  • Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand voice, audience engagement, and timely updates.
  • Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, enhance user experience, and maximize lead capture functionality.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and detailed reports to enhance ROI.
  • Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote property listings and real estate services.
  • Work with sales and content teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
  • Allocate and track the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum impact and cost efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly within real estate or related industries.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media management strategies.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills tailored for various digital channels.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to develop engaging campaigns that drive results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with website management tools such as WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus.
