Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Digital Marketer who will be responsible for creating and executing online marketing strategies to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive property sales or rentals. He/she will leverage various digital channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and real estate listing platforms, to attract potential clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Advertising

  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to generate leads for property sales and rentals.
  • Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to maximize conversions.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management

  • Optimize real estate website content for search engines to improve organic traffic.
  • Manage property listings and ensure high ranking visibility on Google and real estate platforms.

Social Media Marketing

  • Create engaging content (videos, reels, blogs, property highlights) to promote listings on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Engage with potential clients through comments, messages, and live sessions.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Develop email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and inform clients about new listings, market trends, and promotions.
  • Segment audience lists to deliver personalized content.

Content Marketing & Branding

  • Write blog posts, market reports, and property investment guides to establish brand authority.
  • Create compelling visuals, videos, and virtual tours to showcase properties effectively.

Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook insights, and CRM tools.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and lead quality.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
