Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage social media platforms, SEO/SEM strategies, and online advertising.
- Create and oversee digital content creation (blogs, posts, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Design and manage online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to generate leads.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and pass these leads to the sales team.
- Monitor and improve lead conversion rates through email marketing, landing pages, and marketing automation.
- Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Create engaging content for posts, stories, and ads to enhance user engagement and attract potential property buyers.
- Optimize the company’s website and digital content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
- Implement keyword research and SEO best practices to improve property visibility online.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
- Use email lists to promote new listings, open houses, and company updates.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead acquisition costs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Strong understanding of content creation, lead generation strategies, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry or a similar sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
