Job Summary

As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company’s real estate properties and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage social media platforms, SEO/SEM strategies, and online advertising.
  • Create and oversee digital content creation (blogs, posts, videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Design and manage online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms to generate leads.
  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and pass these leads to the sales team.
  • Monitor and improve lead conversion rates through email marketing, landing pages, and marketing automation.
  • Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Create engaging content for posts, stories, and ads to enhance user engagement and attract potential property buyers.
  • Optimize the company’s website and digital content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
  • Implement keyword research and SEO best practices to improve property visibility online.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
  • Use email lists to promote new listings, open houses, and company updates.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead acquisition costs.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, lead generation strategies, and marketing automation.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or a similar sector is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
