Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is tailored to the specific audience of each.
  • Foster relationships with followers by responding to comments, and messages, and creating interactive posts that drive engagement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly to keep the brand relevant.
  • Provide innovative ideas and creative input for marketing strategies that align with company goals and audience preferences.


SEO and Content Optimization:

  • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to increase content visibility and drive organic traffic to websites and social media platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify and integrate relevant search terms in content creation for better ranking on search engines.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to assess content performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.


Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and monitor digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to reach targeted audiences.
  • Work within allocated budgets and measure the return on investment (ROI) of digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, graphic design, and product development, to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall brand message.


Email Marketing:

  • Design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns that provide value to subscribers, promoting products, services, and brand updates.
  • Utilize email marketing tools to segment audiences and personalize content for different customer segments to enhance open and click-through rates.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and more


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation with verifiable evidence.
