Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content and posters for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Develop creative concepts and strategies to promote the brand and its products/services.
- Monitor social media trends, user behaviour, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Use social networking channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ to engage with customers in real-time and also be responsible for this communication
- Manage and oversee social media content calendars to ensure timely publication of posts.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community.
- Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media algorithms, best practices, and tools to optimize content reach and engagement.
- Suggest and Implement new features, such as promotions, contests, and influencer collaborations, to drive community growth.
- Running ads and creating content across all social media platforms
- Managing the online presence and brand of the company
- Come up with content for social media pages relating to the business
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of growing online engagement and brand awareness
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing principles
- Experience with video production and editing, including voice overs
- Knowledge of social media advertising
- Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
- Must be able to use Canva, Corel Draw, Photoshop, and any other editing tools is also an added advantage
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Nice to Have:
- Email marketing and automation experience
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Digital marketing certification (Google Analytics, HubSpot)

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000 Monthly - dependent on experience, excluding performance pay
