This role involves creating and optimizing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase online presence for our real estate business.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Create effective online marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to drive traffic to our real estate listings and increase brand awareness.
Google Ads Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video ads, to maximize leads and conversions for our real estate properties.
- Analyze campaign performance, manage ad spend, and adjust bids and keywords to achieve the best ROI.
SEO & SEM Optimization:
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic visibility and monitor keyword rankings.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to ensure efficient budget usage and maximum ROI.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and engage with users to build a strong online community.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytical tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Analyze & Report Performance:
- Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPIs).
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of new developments in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and trends in the real estate sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and Google Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with real estate digital marketing or property-related industries.
- Familiarity with website design and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Experience with CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
