Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and successfully implement all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, advertising campaigns, email and marketing database.  
  • Ensure continuous improvement and development of new and creative growth strategies.
  • Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence.
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
  • Manage the website and other platforms by applying best practices.
  • Conduct data analysis and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and review against set goals.
  • Carry out market research and create plans on the best way to digitally sell our products.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content.
  • Identify trends and provide insights.
  • Optimize digital spend and performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis and make recommendations on end-to-end customer experience across multiple platforms and customer touch points.
  • Ensure continuous skill upgrades to implement new technologies, especially in campaign planning.
  • Ensure proper management of the marketing budget for optimum results.
  • Design experiments and conversion tests.
  • Carry out audits as needed to ensure that we are keeping up with best practices. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Background in marketing, English, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in successfully running digital campaigns.
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Background in sales is an added advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of website and ad analytics tools
