Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, PPC, and other online channels.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to improve traffic and conversions.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, engagement, and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and adjust strategies for better results.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to develop engaging and high-quality marketing materials.
- Implement email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media management, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to develop compelling digital content.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
