1. JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a Certified Corporate Fundraiser with extensive experience in the coworking space ecosystem and a proven ability to build impactful partnerships. In this role, you will leverage your fundraising expertise to secure corporate sponsorships, drive capital campaigns, and foster partnerships that align with our mission. You will also develop and execute strategies to diversify revenue streams through corporate giving, grants, and other philanthropic opportunities. You will be instrumental in increasing our financial sustainability, and enhancing the value we deliver within the coworking industry.

We are a global coworking space network with over 100 locations, 18,000 members, and a dedicated team of 1,000 changemakers, focused on driving social impact through innovation and collaboration. Since 2005, we have cultivated a thriving ecosystem that empowers individuals and businesses to create sustainable solutions.
We’re seeking a Certified Corporate Fundraiser to help expand our mission by securing strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, civic organizations, and governments. In this role, you will lead efforts to raise capital, secure sponsorships, and diversify our funding streams, all while creating synergies that empower entrepreneurs and scale impactful solutions within underserved regions. You will play a key role in aligning our growth with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), building a stronger, more collaborative coworking ecosystem. Join us in creating a better future!
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Technical/Operations duties
● Lead, manage and hold accountable (LMA) the company’s team including all third party companies hired under the scope of the Partnerships unit.
● Business Development
● Local pipeline management and analysis in each stage of the sales process (prospecting, development, contract negotiations, delivery).
● Local market research and analysis, including research of potential partners in key sectors and markets of focus and around key conferences and networking opportunities.
● Develop proposals, presentations and sales materials to profile the company, its programs and its participants for potential partners.
● Accounts and Client Relationship Management
● Coordinating delivery of regular reports of key partnership projects.
● Marketing
● Establish and implement marketing strategies for the company
● Generate awareness and public interest in the company’s Offerings and programs
● Sales
● Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for the company’s programs and services on a variety of media platforms (social, print, etc.)
● Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
● Build a pipeline of selected local partnerships to leverage access to capital, business support and piloting and implementation opportunities for the local company and program participants.
● Development of presentations and sales materials to profile the company, Its programs and its participants.
● Closing deals for the company.
● Outreach campaigns
● Providing support and participating in regular touch-points with the company’s programs participants to support their partnerships and investment readiness.
● Collaboration with our Global Partnerships Lead and hubs across the globe will be a key part of the role. This includes participating in regular meetings with other local and global partnership managers to align strategies, share insights, and foster a collaborative approach to partnerships that enhances our collective impact.

1. Revenue Growth through Partnerships:
● Secure new partnerships that contribute to the financial growth of our company.
● Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for fundraising, sponsorships, and partnership-generated revenue.
● Develop a robust pipeline of potential partnerships and maintain high conversion rates.
2. Partnership Development & Management:
● Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, donors, government agencies, and community organizations.
● Retain and renew existing partnerships, demonstrating value and ensuring satisfaction.
● Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management.
3. Strategic Alignment of Partnerships:
● Identify and secure partnerships that align with the strategic goals and mission of our hub, ensuring that partnerships support core social impact objectives.
● Develop customized proposals and partnership strategies that are aligned with our needs and partners needs.
4. Brand Visibility and Engagement:
● Increase brand recognition and positioning of our company by engaging with high-profile partners and securing strategic collaborations.
● Drive engagement through partnership-related events, co-branded initiatives, and joint ventures that raise the profile of our company.
5. Partner-Focused Deliverables:
● Consistently deliver on partnership promises, ensuring that all partnership agreements are executed successfully and exceed partner expectations.
● Monitor, report, and communicate progress to partners regularly, providing value-added insights, performance reviews, and impact assessments.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work closely with other departments within the company, including operations, marketing, and program teams, to ensure that partnership activities are integrated and contribute to overall organizational goals.
● Facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and ensure seamless collaboration in executing partnership-related initiatives.

● Develop and implement creative and innovative partnership models that go beyond traditional sponsorships, including shared value partnerships, co-creation initiatives, and long-term strategic alliances.
● Leverage insights from industry trends and partner feedback to continuously improve partnership offerings.

● Demonstrated talent for capturing and distilling key insights, understanding partner needs, and translating them into compelling written proposals and verbal presentations.

● Keen eye for clean design and detail, particularly when creating proposals, presentations, and sales materials, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with key stakeholders across multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
