Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our Out-of-Home advertising firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and integrate digital solutions with traditional OOH advertising. This role requires expertise in online marketing, social media management, content creation, and performance analytics to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote OOH advertising services and attract clients.
  • Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and case studies, to showcase OOH advertising solutions.
  • Execute social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEO software.
  • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic advertising) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest data-driven optimizations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in media, advertising, or advertising.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of how digital marketing can complement OOH advertising campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and graphic design skills (basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Mailchimp.

 

Location: Maryland

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 300,000
