  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in a 360-degree media and advertising agency is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media marketing).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to design innovative campaigns.
  • Content creation skills for writing engaging marketing materials.
