Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Write compelling blog posts, articles, and website content to attract and engage audiences.
- Manage and grow social media communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering relationships.
- Monitor and analyze social media and digital marketing performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid promotions.
- Work closely with the graphic design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media and digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure success and optimize campaigns.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
