RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent, high-quality content across all channels.
- Monitor and engage our online audience, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics, insights to optimize strategy, and reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices on social media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with affiliate partners to optimize campaigns and drive affiliate-generated revenue.
- Analyze affiliate performance, and user engagement data to optimize strategies and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Create compelling social media content (text, image, video) optimized for engagement and conversion across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve specific KPIs related to conversion rates, lead generation, and sales growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with affiliate marketing partners to expand our affiliate network and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in video editing software.
- Proficiency in use of Adobe photoshop, coral draw or Canva.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with followers, collaborate across teams, and manage influencer relationships
- Ability to think creatively, generate new ideas, and experiment with innovative social media marketing tactics
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies to optimize social media content for search engines
