Digital Marketer (With Specialty in Media Buying) Position

We're a herbal brand looking to Hire a "Digital Marketer (Specialty in Media Buying)" to join our organization.  

Are you a results-driven Media Buyer with expertise in primarily Meta Ads, and optionally on Google and TikTok Ads? Do you have a passion for data-driven marketing and a deep understanding of scaling campaigns profitably? If so, we’d love to have you on our team!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Research and refine audience targeting to maximize conversion rates and ROAS.
• Develop and A/B test creative strategies (ad copies, visuals, and videos).
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Manage and allocate budgets to scale high-performing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to create high-converting ads.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Proven experience in media buying & digital advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok).

✅ Strong understanding of audience segmentation & retargeting.

✅ Ability to track, report, and optimize ROAS, CPC, CPM, and CPR.

✅ Experience in scaling winning campaigns profitably.

✅ Knowledge of landing pages, sales funnels, and A/B testing.

✅ Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

THE PAY

• The pay - N200,000 to N300,000 (in relation to skills and experience).

WORK SCHEDULE

• Office - Thara Annex, Sangotedo, Lagos, Nigeria.
• Work type - Hybrid (3 times a week)
• Time - 8am - 6pm
