Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, display ads).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms and make sales via these platforms
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and ROI of digital marketing activities.
- Oversee the management of the company website, ensuring content is fresh, optimized, and aligned with marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
