Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Plan and manage online campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for social media, blog posts, emails, and other digital assets.
- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and improve search engine ranking.
- Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage social media calendar, schedule posts, and analyze social metrics to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics, including ROI, engagement, conversion rates, and more.
- Use insights to adjust strategies and ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and align with business goals.
- Build relationships with potential and current customers by responding to inquiries, managing online reviews, and creating interactive content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending to maximize ROI.
- Analyze cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition costs (CAC), and other budget-related metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience in managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to improve campaign performance.
Additional skills:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Graphic design or video editing skills.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
