Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation strategies.
- Optimize marketing funnels for customer acquisition and conversion.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Monitor trends, engage with audiences, and analyze social media performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management:
- Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO.
- Work with the content team to ensure website content is SEO-friendly and up to date.
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and conversion rates.
- Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns for improved performance.
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve engagement.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions for optimization.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital strategies.
- Measure ROI and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, Shopify, and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns.
