The Digital Marketer/SEO Specialist is responsible for managing all search engine optimization (SEO) activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. The role also includes managing online presence and developing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and convert

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new and existing content.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
  • Implement link-building strategies and SEO best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO rankings and performance across different platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for improving website architecture, content, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality and engaging content that aligns with SEO strategy.
  • Develop content for blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Work with design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in newly developed code.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to the website.
  • Analyze social media performance and make data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
  • Manage content calendars and post regularly on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Plan and execute PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve higher ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with broader marketing strategies.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, PPC campaigns, and SEO performance.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Regularly update reports on marketing campaign performance and website traffic.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • A/B test email content to optimize for higher open and click-through rates.
  • Collaborate with web developers to improve the usability, design, and conversion of the website.
  • Ensure website content is optimized for SEO and user experience.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of work experience as a digital marketer/SEO specialist or in a similar field
  • Minimum of OND certification
