Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation efforts.
- Optimize marketing funnels for customer acquisition and conversion.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Monitor industry trends, respond to audience interactions, and analyze engagement data.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management:
- Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for improved search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-friendly, relevant, and up-to-date website content.
Local SEO:
- Improve visibility of client and company listings on platforms like Google My Business and local directories.
- Ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) across all local listings.
- Encourage and manage online reviews and local citations.
- Create and optimize location-based landing pages to attract nearby customers.
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation:
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting, and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and conversions.
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Segment email lists and personalize messages to boost engagement.
- Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions for continuous improvement.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on performance across all digital channels using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and more.
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.
- Measure and report on campaign ROI and KPIs.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing and online advertising.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (including Local SEO), SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Shopify.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in design and content creation tools such as Canva or Photoshop (video editing is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and excellent time management.
