Job Summary
The Field Marketer will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, boosting brand awareness, and expanding Cuzoo’s presence in the logistics market. As a Field Marketer, you will be responsible for directly engaging potential customers, educating them on Cuzoo’s logistics services, and promoting our platform to businesses and individuals. This is a hands-on, field-based role that requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential customers, including businesses and individuals, to promote Cuzoo’s logistics services.
• Brand Promotion: Represent the Cuzoo brand in public spaces, events, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate leads.
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a database of leads and actively follow up to convert them into registered users of the Cuzoo platform.
• Market Research: Collect insights and feedback from the field regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitors, and report these findings to the marketing and sales teams.
• Demonstration of Services: Conduct demonstrations of the Cuzoo platform, explaining its features and benefits to prospective customers.
• Distribution of Marketing Materials: Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers and brochures, to potential customers in target locations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on campaign strategies, share insights, and report progress.
• Campaign Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of field marketing efforts, including daily activities, customer interactions, and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, logistics, or direct customer engagement roles.
• Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a wide range of audiences.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively present the Cuzoo platform and its services to potential customers.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork and participate in various promotional activities.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and apps; familiarity with digital platforms is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Able to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively, providing practical solutions on the spot.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience in the logistics or tech industry.

• Fluency in multiple languages or dialects relevant to the location.
