Digital Marketing Expert

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement result-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) by creating engaging, shareable content and maintaining an active presence.
• Design visually compelling graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and other marketing materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Create and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and promotional purposes that align with the brand’s message.
• Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other PPC channels, ensuring optimal targeting and budget allocation.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign strategies for higher conversions and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and message alignment across all digital channels.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including the design, content creation, and A/B testing of email campaigns to improve open and click-through rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing across major platforms.
• Expertise in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools to track and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative marketing solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in content marketing and SEO strategies.
• Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of web design or HTML/CSS is a plus.
