Job Summary
The ideal candidate will lead our Client's digital marketing efforts, develop and execute creative campaigns, manage social media, and design sales funnels. You will also be responsible for crafting compelling email marketing campaigns, optimising sales pages, and generating designs that elevate our Client's brand presence.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create, design, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms.
- Schedule posts, respond to comments, and grow followers.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality graphics and visual content for social media, email, and web.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
- Build, optimize, and manage sales funnels to convert leads into customers.
- Track, analyze, and refine funnels for optimal performance.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Manage email lists and analyze campaign performance.
- Design and optimize sales pages that are visually appealing and conversion-focused.
- Track key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and engagement.
- Provide reports and insights to improve performance.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and manage SEM campaigns for paid digital advertising.
- Work closely with content creators and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and sales funnel management.
- Strong design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and improve campaigns.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Ability to manage paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.
- Passionate about digital marketing and staying up-to-date with trends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
