Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Create Comprehensive Digital Marketing Plans: Design and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with our overall business goals and target audience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop strategies to grow social media followers and engagement.
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drive salesĀ 

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote new developments.

Content Creation:

  • Engaging Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, property descriptions, newsletters, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Visual Content Management: Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to produce visually appealing content that showcases our properties.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email performance metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve overall performance.

Collaboration:

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and development teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors (e.g., advertising agencies, SEO specialists) as needed to enhance marketing efforts.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
