Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Zino Aviation’s growth objectives.
  • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
  • Create and optimize high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, videos, graphics, email campaigns) to attract and retain customers.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Improve website performance and search visibility through SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and link-building strategies.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, using tools like Google Analytics, Zoho MarketingHub, HubSpot, or SEMrush to refine campaigns.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized and effective communication with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify and implement automation tools to enhance digital marketing efficiency, improving lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue generation efforts.
  • Train and manage a high-performing team of digital marketing executives, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing strategies, ensuring Zino Aviation remains competitive.


Requirements:

  • Minimum four years of experience in digital marketing social media management or content strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in marketing or a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in SEO analytics paid ads email marketing social media and design tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience in creating compelling digital content.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset to optimize marketing performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally supporting sales customer service and business development.
