Job Summary

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, paid advertising, SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, email campaigns, and other online initiatives. You will create and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic, generate leads, and improve brand awareness.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions through on-page and off-page SEO strategies and SEM campaigns.
  • Develop a content calendar and oversee the creation of blog posts, articles, videos, and other marketing materials to engage the target audience.
  • Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and boost retention.
  • Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, website traffic, user engagement, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights.
  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and impactful outcomes.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and achieving measurable results.


Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience in Online Marketing.
