Job Summary
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media management, paid advertising, SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, email campaigns, and other online initiatives. You will create and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic, generate leads, and improve brand awareness.

Job Description/Requirements
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions through on-page and off-page SEO strategies and SEM campaigns.
- Develop a content calendar and oversee the creation of blog posts, articles, videos, and other marketing materials to engage the target audience.
- Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and boost retention.
- Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, website traffic, user engagement, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights.
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and impactful outcomes.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing marketing budgets and achieving measurable results.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Experience in Online Marketing.
