We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and fostering revenue growth. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, ensuring marketing eorts are aligned with broader business objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute detailed digital marketing plans to elevate brand presence and increase traffic across all online platforms.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the company at the forefront of the digital landscape.
- Develop and manage the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Engage with the community, schedule content, and analyse performance to optimise social media strategies.
- Execute and oversee digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Continuously test and iterate on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI.
- Implement technical and on-page SEO best practices to improve the website's organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimise paid search campaigns to ensure cost-effective customer acquisition.
- Produce, edit, and manage engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Ensure content aligns with the overall brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to inform strategic adjustments.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximising ROI.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing reports and alignment with our business goals.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing, and
- Search Engine Optimization.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager,
- Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.)
- Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Additional skills:
- Experience in the B2C product segment is key
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
