Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating long-term digital & mobile strategies for our client’s retail fashion business and drive online sales and engagement for their retail fashion brand. This strategic role requires an individual with strong leadership skills who can work cross-functionally.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Report to the CEO
- Define and develop the digital marketing strategy in line with the company’s growth objectives across all digital channels
- Plan and execute all digital projects and activities, including online advertising, SEO optimization, Email marketing automation, lead processes and scoring, social media marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising in line with the business goals.
- Manage and measure the success of digital campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and awareness and adapt these for best performance
- Develop strategies that combine technical and content elements, to drive ongoing improvements in SEO and organic search results
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Develop strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Analyze website analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize digital marketing efforts
- Establish internal processes to optimize conversion rates
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of digital content across all digital channels (blogs, websites, press releases, podcasts, etc.)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital marketing with a record of accomplishing measurable success in developing and providing qualified leads through innovative campaigns and programs to scale company growth.
- Experience working with Sales (B2B & B2C) and other departments to find effective and efficient ways to drive qualified leads
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Social media monitoring tools, CRM software, and web traffic metrics
- Ability to strategically, analytically, and creatively break down problems and find effective solutions
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Firm grasp of content management systems.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of retail fashion and retail e-commerce
