Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

- Manage and optimize our website, social media presence, and email marketing campaigns

- Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, etc.)

- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the digital landscape

- Monitor and report on digital marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates, etc.)

- Generate high-quality leads through targeted digital marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales

- Optimize website and online presence for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic

- Work closely with the tech department to:

  - Implement SEO recommendations

  - Optimize website for user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  - Promote our business on online maps (Google My Business, etc.)

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

- Proven track record of success in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid social, email, search engine optimization, etc.)

- Experience with website management (WordPress, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
