Job Summary:

You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across different channels, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to improve search engine rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Email Marketing: Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated email sequences.
• Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging blog posts, articles, and other content that aligns with marketing goals and SEO strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Website Management: Update website content and landing pages using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring the site is optimized for performance and SEO.
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and suggest improvements to stay ahead in the industry.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other digital marketing qualification
• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
