Job Summary

We are a group of companies and business units providing products and services spanning Voltage Regulation, Power Backup, Solar, Quick Service Restaurant Chain, Online News, Music, and a Record Label. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing either alone or as a part of a team, our digital marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to work independently while managing outsourced functions.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage and oversee various digital marketing initiatives such as SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate the design and maintenance of websites across the group, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Generate leads through various online channels and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Work with external marketing agencies, where required.
  • Implement sales automation processes to streamline marketing and sales efforts.
  • Optimize and manage the budget for digital marketing efforts and measuring ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in PPC, social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, WebTrends, etc).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external partners.


Desirable Skills (Optional):

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, or other digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Experience in any of the following industries: Retail, Music, Online News.
  • Knowledge of graphic design.

  • Achievement of ROI targets for digital marketing spend.


Website Traffic:

  • Increase in the number of unique visitors to the website.

  • Improvement in conversion rates from digital campaigns (e.g., landing page forms, sign-ups, purchases).
  • Increase in the number of leads generated through digital channels.
  • Higher conversion rates from email marketing campaigns.


Social Media Engagement:

  • Increase in followers and engagement rates (likes, comments, shares) on social media platforms.
  • Growth in reach and impressions of social media posts.
  • Success in running social media campaigns (e.g., increased engagement during promotional periods).


SEO Performance:

  • Higher rankings for targeted keywords.
  • Increase in organic search traffic.
  • Growth in the number of backlinks and domain authority.


Paid Advertising:

  • Improvement in click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates for PPC campaigns.
  • Achievement of target cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Increase in quality score for Google Ads.


Email Marketing:

  • Growth in email subscriber base.
  • Higher open and click-through rates for email campaigns.
  • Reduction in unsubscribe rates.


Content Performance:

  • Increased engagement with blog posts and other website content.
  • Higher share rates and inbound links for content.
  • Success in achieving content marketing goals (e.g., thought leadership, lead generation).

  • Increase in the number of new customers acquired through digital marketing efforts.
  • Improvement in customer retention rates.
  • Higher customer lifetime value (CLV).

  • Effective allocation and optimization of the digital marketing budget.
  • Achievement of target ROI for digital marketing spend.
