Job Summary
We are a group of companies and business units providing products and services spanning Voltage Regulation, Power Backup, Solar, Quick Service Restaurant Chain, Online News, Music, and a Record Label. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing either alone or as a part of a team, our digital marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to work independently while managing outsourced functions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing initiatives such as SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate the design and maintenance of websites across the group, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
- Generate leads through various online channels and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with other teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
- Work with external marketing agencies, where required.
- Implement sales automation processes to streamline marketing and sales efforts.
- Optimize and manage the budget for digital marketing efforts and measuring ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Proficiency in PPC, social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, WebTrends, etc).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with external partners.
Desirable Skills (Optional):
- Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, or other digital marketing tools.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Experience in any of the following industries: Retail, Music, Online News.
- Knowledge of graphic design.
