Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing best practices.
- Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, etc.) that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, etc.) to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement, followers, and conversions.
- Email Marketing: Create and send regular email newsletters and promotional emails to our subscribers. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and optimize our website and content for search engines. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings.
- Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (website traffic, engagement, conversions, etc.) to measure campaign success. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform future marketing strategies.
- Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, etc.) to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with email marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Google Analytics certification, HubSpot certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with video production and editing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.).
