Digital Marketing, Web & Graphic Design Specialist
Role Overview:
Solid Link Consulting is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing, Web & Graphic Design
Specialist to drive our digital marketing strategy. This role will work closely with the marketing
manager to ensure quality execution and adherence to timelines. You will oversee website
management, paid advertising, lead generation, graphic design, public relations, influencer
marketing, and media programs, with a special focus on a comprehensive newsletter strategy
that can be distributed via both email and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will combine
creativity, technical expertise, and marketing insight to help elevate Solid Link Consulting’s
brand and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Management & Optimization
o Maintain and optimize the Solid Link Consulting website, focusing on SEO, user
experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
o Regularly update the website’s content and design to align with business goals
and marketing campaigns.
o Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure website updates are
timely, aligned with brand standards, and optimized for lead generation.
2. Paid Ads & Lead Generation Management
o Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such
as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
o Develop and implement lead generation programs, creating conversion funnels
that effectively nurture prospects.
o Monitor and report on campaign performance, working closely with the
marketing manager to adjust strategies for optimal ROI.
3. Newsletter Strategy & Multi-Channel Distribution
o Lead the development of a comprehensive newsletter strategy, creating
engaging content tailored to different audience segments.
o Distribute newsletters via email and WhatsApp to maximize reach and
engagement, ensuring consistent messaging across both channels.
o Collaborate with the marketing manager to maintain content quality and
adhere to distribution timelines.
o Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates,
and conversions, adjusting the strategy based on insights.
4. Graphic Design
o Design visually appealing, brand-consistent graphics for digital channels,
including the website, social media, email newsletters, and paid ads.
o Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure that all designs meet brand
guidelines and deadlines.
o Develop promotional materials, infographics, and other visual assets that
support lead generation and marketing goals.
5. PR & Media Program Management
o Develop and execute a public relations strategy to increase brand awareness
through media placements and press outreach.
o Build relationships with key media outlets and coordinate media opportunities
such as interviews and press releases.
o Ensure PR efforts align with broader marketing objectives and timelines,
collaborating with the marketing manager for cohesion.
6. Influencer Marketing & Partnership Management
o Identify and manage relationships with influencers and partners who align with
Solid Link Consulting’s brand and values.
o Coordinate influencer campaigns and measure their success through
engagement and ROI metrics.
o Work closely with the marketing manager to ensure influencer content aligns
with broader marketing strategies and deadlines.
7. Digital Analytics & Reporting
o Monitor and analyse the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, using
tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
o Provide actionable insights and regular reports on website performance, lead
generation, ad campaigns, and newsletters.
o Collaborate with the marketing manager to refine and improve strategies
based on data-driven insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in website management, SEO, and UX optimization.
• Expertise in paid advertising and lead generation strategies with a track record of
delivering measurable results.
• Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Experience in developing and managing newsletter strategies, including distribution
via email and WhatsApp.
• Background in public relations and influencer marketing, with experience managing
media programs.
• Proficient in digital analytics and reporting, with a strong ability to use data to inform
strategy adjustments.
• Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking skills.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with the marketing manager
to ensure quality and meet timelines.
