We are seeking a talented and creative Digital marketer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote our organizations services. The primary goal of this role is to enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire new clients. This role requires a creative and analytical mind, a passion for technology, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
    • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including email marketing, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
    • Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
    • Segment email lists and personalize messages to improve engagement and ROI.
    • Track email metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize future campaigns.
    • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to attract and engage the target audience.
    • Seek opportunities for engagement in webinars and conferences to increase brand awareness.
    • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
  • SEO and PPC:
    • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic rankings.
    • Manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic to our website.
    • Analyze website traffic and keyword rankings to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead generation and nurturing :
    • Implement strategies to attract potential customers, convert them into leads, and nurture these leads through the sales funnel.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
  • Track and Analyze Marketing Performance:
    • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition cost.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to produce high-quality content and optimize user experience.
    • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay Updated:
    • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
    • Attend industry conferences and webinars to expand knowledge and network with other professionals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
    • Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
