Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department, including databases, emails, and advertising campaigns
Social Media & Branding
- Develop and manage content for the website and social media platforms to ensure quality standards.
- Monitor all social media platforms regularly and provide monthly performance analysis reports.
- Increase social media platform visits, evaluate metrics, and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Oversee contests, giveaways, and other digital projects to drive engagement.
SEO & Analytics
- Conduct SEO campaigns to boost website traffic and optimize content.
- Evaluate critical metrics that affect website traffic and audience engagement.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve marketing strategies.
Creative & Trend Adaptation
- Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with global trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Ensure visual designs and digital interfaces align with brand standards.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit reports on digital, social media, and branding activities to the Creative Director.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 Years working experience
- Proficiency with all ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc...)
- Familiarity with campaign tracking and analytics tools
- Experience driving successful lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience with PPC Advertising
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and aptitude for forging trusting relationships across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to prioritise and differentiate what matters from the noise, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
- A growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks
- Engagement with the latest trends in marketing technology
- Familiar with relevant AI tools in the digital marketing space.
- Able to produce quality work with strict deadlines.
