Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Media Specialist to join our real estate company. This role involves creating and managing high-quality graphics and video content, as well as developing content strategies that align with our brand objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual and video content while also handling content creation, strategy, and digital media management across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with company goals and engage our target audience.
  • Plan, create, and manage multimedia content across all platforms.


2. Graphic Design:

  • Create compelling designs for social media posts, advertisements, and website content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.


3. Video Production & Editing:

  • Produce and edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and property listings.
  • Incorporate motion graphics and animations into video content when needed.


4. Content Creation:

  • Create original content for various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all content.


5. Social Media Management:

  • Coordinate with the social media team to create and distribute visual and video content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


6. Media Management:

  • Maintain a well-organized digital media library of video, photo, and design assets.
  • Ensure all creative files are backed up and easily accessible.


7. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor the performance of content across platforms and adjust strategies to improve engagement.
  • Use analytics tools to track video views, social media reach, and engagement metrics.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both video editing and graphic design.
  • Ability to develop creative content ideas that align with brand goals.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in content creation for the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
