Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress regularly.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans as necessary.


Team Collaboration:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and external agencies.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and between stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of project status and changes.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing, content, and IT teams to ensure cohesive execution of all digital initiatives.


Client and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any potential issues.
  • Gather and document project requirements and ensure they are clearly communicated and understood by the project team.


Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all digital deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-launch reviews to ensure project success.
  • Analyze project outcomes and suggest improvements for future projects.


Budget and Resource Management:

  • Track project budgets and ensure all financial parameters are met.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of time, talent, and budget.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage relationships with external partners.


Reporting and Analytics:

  • Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Analyze project data to derive insights, measure success, and inform future project planning.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within an agency or in-house digital team. Proven experience managing web development, mobile app, or digital marketing projects.
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, UX/UI design, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


Additional Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly evolving digital landscape.
