We're seeking a talented Direct direct-response copywriter to join our dynamic marketing and creative team, working across multiple exciting lifestyle brands and apps, including fashion, health and wellness. We’re looking for a sharp, conversion-focused Direct Response Copywriter who can write persuasive, emotionally driven copy that sells. You’ll work on everything from landing pages and ad scripts to email funnels, product pages, and upsell flows. You’ll collaborate with brand leads to bring performance copy to life - fast.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Write high-converting copy for landing pages, ads, email sequences, VSLs, upsells, and more
- Craft compelling headlines, hooks, CTAs, and product descriptions
- Collaborate with designers and media buyers to align messaging and visuals
- Research markets, competitors, and audiences to find the most effective angles
- Optimize and iterate copy based on campaign results and A/B tests
- Write in different voices and tones across multiple brands and products
- Stay on top of trends in e-commerce, consumer psychology, and performance marketing
- 2+ years of experience writing direct response or e-commerce copy
- Proven portfolio of high-performing ads, landing pages, or funnels
- Deep understanding of persuasion, urgency, and copy frameworks (PAS, AIDA, etc.)
- Strong research skills and ability to write for different niches
- Excellent written English, grammar, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with feedback, fast turnarounds, and testing-driven environments
- Reliable internet and a distraction-free work setup
- Fluent in German, can write copy in German
- Experience writing for fashion, health, and wellness brands
- Familiarity with platforms like Funnelish, ClickFunnels, or Shopify
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Can write short-form and long-form copy (from Facebook ads to landing page VSLs)
- Clear communicator with a love for words that convert
- Obsessed with customer psychology and what makes people buy
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and switching between brands
- Takes initiative and brings ideas to the table
- Enjoys collaborating but can work independently with minimal oversight
