Job Summary
We are looking to add Direct Sales Executive (DSR) to our team. One who is a self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach and passion for promoting services that will empower farmers in their communities. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to market, and sell services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promotion of products and services to farmers and closing sales on the field in the designated local communities
- Working with the in-house sales team to track the logistics and delivery of farm inputs to farmers in their communities
- Promote and retail credit to smallholder farmers through visits to designated associations, cooperatives, and local government to support farmers' development by input financing
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with the Sales team if any before making the sale
- Building a positive relationship with the customers and representing the brand in a positive way
- Ensure screening of prospective borrowers, including visiting their farms, associations/cooperative meetings, and/or households, completing the loan applications, analyzing the loan requests, and recommending disbursement
- Through individual marketing and promotion channels, ensure the financing of new and repeated loans to increase the size of the farmer's portfolio
- Follow up on payments of performing portfolio to ensure adequate and timely repayment rate
- In coordination with the relevant Crop2Cash employee, follow up on payments of the bad portfolios from delinquent farmers to reduce its volume
- Preparing and documenting monthly customer and loan reports through authorized channels
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
