Job Title: Direct Sales Agents (Financial Services)
Locations: Lagos (Mainland and Island)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for Lead Generation & Opening New Accounts in the
2. Ability to prospect new customer
3. Create a robust sales portfolio
4. Convert Above Leads to Active & Regular Business with Each Account
5. Develop prospects from current client’s referral leads
6. Understand their Monthly Requirement.
7. Understand Our Competition: Differences in Product, Price & Other Service Offerings
8. Maximize Business for each Customer
9. Build a strong healthy pipeline of prospective opportunities for regular business.
10. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities
SKILLS
• Strong networking capabilities
• Strategic /persuasive approach to sales
• Energetic, innovative, and willing to learn and adapt to new challenges in generating
business.

• Presentable and with good communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
1+ years of sales experience in Bank/Insurance and other related services.
HND/BSC in any related or Administrative field
Experience working with CRM software.
Benefits:
- Base pay (120,000 - 150,000)
